Corporate
Mark McCollough
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mark McCollough is President and Chief Executive Officer of National Molding LLC, the parent company of the National Molding/Dynaplas team. Prior to joining National Molding, Mark founded and grew Royal Hydroponics LLC (RH), a design and manufacturing company focused on wireless automation solutions for indoor agriculture. From 2011 to 2020, he was Vice President and General Manager of the USA Power Train and Air Supply division of Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC (BCVS), a Knorr-Bremse AG company headquartered in Munich, Germany. Prior to serving as Vice President at BCVS, Mr. McCollough held positions in general management and engineering with increasing levels of responsibility from 2004 to 2011.
Prior to BCVS, Mark held engineering management positions at Nordson Corporation from 1997 to 2004, including a position at EFD Inc., A Nordson Company (EFD). EFD produces microprocessor-based precision fluid dispensing systems including plastic injection molded dispensing tips and robotic systems. Prior to Nordson, he worked at Ford Motor Company from 1993 to 1997 in light truck product development.
Mr. McCollough received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University in 1993. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University including a program at the Case Weatherhead School of Business in Cleveland, Ohio.
Ralf Zimmer
Vice President of Operations, Auto and Commercial
Ralf Zimmer is Vice President of Operations, Auto and Commercial, of National Molding. Ralf’s main responsibility is to drive operational excellence in the Auto and Commercial divisions as well as lead the teams through tactical execution of strategy. Ralf also has General Manager responsibilities for the NMC Dynaplas plant in Toronto.
Prior to joining the NMC team, Ralf was the Vice President and General Manager for Array Marketing leading the custom merchandising display operation out of two locations. Prior to Array, Ralf was the Director of Canadian Operations for Napoleon, where he had responsibility for three manufacturing divisions. He also spent some time in the electronics recycling and ITAD industry as General Manager for Geep’s largest global plant.
Ralf’s auto experience is extensive; he was Plant Manager of Faurecia’s only Canadian seating plant where he was responsible for two separate business units and implementing the Faurecia Excellence System. Prior to that, he worked for Magna International where he held leadership positions of General Manager of multi sites, Assistant General Manager, and Engineering Manager. During his time at Magna, Ralf built a very diversified lean operations and business portfolio in multiple processes including injection molding, mold making, stamping, welding, chrome plating, anodizing, painting, roll forming, as well as many automated and manual assembly operations out of several divisions. Ralf led his teams to winning multiple customer awards in quality, delivery, launch performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Ralf is a certified tool and die maker by trade and has served on the board for the Canadian Deafblind Association.
Scott Mueller
Chief Financial Officer
Scott Mueller has held the CFO position at National Molding LLC since 2018. Prior to NMC, Scott held various financial positions of increasing scope of responsibility within the plastics industry for nearly 30 years including the last 20 years as CFO of tight tolerance injection molding companies primarily servicing the automotive market. Prior to joining National Molding, Scott was CFO of Thermotech Inc., an injection molding business headquartered in Minneapolis. While there Scott drove the successful sale of the business three times including a corporate carveout and two private equity acquisitions.
Prior to Thermotech, Scott was Division Controller at Poly Hi Solidur Division, a global manufacturer of ultra-high molecular weight stock forms and engineered plastic products.
Scott earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and his MBA from Indiana University. He also holds an inactive CPA from the state of Wisconsin.
Charlie Cronin
Director of Sales Automotive and Commercial
Charlie has 20+ years of injection molding experience across the automotive, life sciences and consumer/teletronics market segments. Prior to joining National Molding Charlie was Vice President of sales at a small engineering consulting firm after transitioning from Milacron. While at Milacron he was part of the leadership team collaborating with private equity partners in the initial public offering of the organization. He held organizational and sales leadership roles within several Milacron businesses including Director of Sales, the Americas for DME, Global Account manager, Automotive market manage and regional sales manager for Mold Masters. He was instrumental in the successful launch of several new product launches at Mold Masters including the E-Multi Auxiliary injection unit and the Fusion G2 hot runner system. Charlie was an active member of the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA) and was awarded international patents during his time at Milacron.
Prior to joining Milacron, Charlie worked at Husky Injection Molding systems where he was responsible for large tonnage machinery sales, turnkey integrated workcell integrations, hot runner systems and greenfield factory installations. During his time at Husky Charlie did extensive travel throughout North America, South America, Europe and Asia. He credited with spearheading the development and implementation of the first large tonnage 2 shot stack molding machines in North America. Charlie was also an important partner in the development of the injection molded energy absorber for front end low impact crash testing alongside GE Plastics and the tier 1 partner resulting in a 15 machine greenfield factory installation of Husky large tonnage machines, Husky robots and Husky sequential valve gate systems. Charlie was ultimately responsible for the sales and installation of over 20 large tonnage tandem/stack platen machines across North America, Mexico, Canada and Italy.

Carlos Quinteros
Corporate Vice President of Human Resources
Carlos Quinteros has held the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources role at National Molding LLC since 2019, overseeing all human resources functions including employee culture and engagement, talent management, recruiting, and HR compliance.
Prior to joining NMC, Carlos held several HR leadership roles of increasing scope and responsibility within the service, manufacturing, supply chain, and high-tech industries for over 25 years at Unipower, Desca Corp and Perrigo Florida. In these roles, Carlos was a strategic partner, successfully developed and implemented plans to increase employee engagement and create a high-performance culture and working directly with the business leaders to strengthen operational capability of the businesses.
Earlier in his career, Carlos led HR teams and departments in Argentina at Keystone Foods and Ekono Supermarkets. Carlos earned his BS in Labor Relations from the Universidad de Lomas De Zamora, Argentina.
Greg Brown
Business Development Manager
Greg Brown is the Business Development Manager for National Molding’s Medical Products Division located in Largo, Florida.
Prior to joining National Molding during 2021, Greg has spent the last 25 years in the plastics medical industry serving as a business development resource for Supply Chain Directors, Engineering Managers and Product Development teams to major medical Original Equipment Manufacturers to support their plastic injection molded component requirements.
Greg earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and is an active member of multiple plastics organizations.
Terry Clark
Duraflex and Tactical Product Manager
Terry Clark is the Brand Manager for DuraflexUSA a proprietary tactical hardware and buckle line owned by National Molding LLC. Terry has been with the company since 2004 serving as Operations Manager from 2004-2014, and then Plant Manager at the Ambridge, PA plant until its closure in 2019. In 2020 he served as an operational specialist helping with projects in the Miami Lakes and Largo plants until taking over Duraflex USA at end of 2020.
Prior to National Molding, Terry worked for Comor Inc, a small injection molding contract manufacturer of ladders and specialty advertising products. There he served in many roles from process engineer to Operations Manager, overseeing a 24/5 facility with 30 injection molding machines and 65 employees. Terry has 25+ years of experience in the injection molding field working with a wide range of materials and equipment.
Bob Schudlich
Account Manager, Auto & Commercial
Bob has 30 years of Account Management experience in the Automotive industry working with numerous OEMs and Tier 1s directly. Prior to joining National Molding, Bob was the Senior Account Manager for ABC Technologies managing center consoles, air induction systems, and fluid systems. Throughout his career, he has managed a wide array of products ranging from seating components, water shields, front and rear closures, upper structures, power train components, and interior components.
Bob has a BS from Michigan State University and currently resides in Michigan.
Jeff Bruce
Account Manager, Auto & Commercial
Jeff Bruce has 35+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry in Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Design. In his current role as Account Manager for the Automotive and Commercial business unit, Jeff is responsible for the sales growth and commercial management of some of the company’s most significant customer accounts. Jeff’s previous role as Engineering & Tooling Manager for National Molding’s Miami Lakes plant has given him an excellent technical background for the strategic accounts that he manages.
Prior to joining National Molding, Jeff was Senior Product Engineer and Account Manager at Auld Technologies. In addition to being awarded several OEM and tier one programs, Jeff was a key player in developing a new wheel badging concept with one of his top customers. Jeff has a proven track record of working with customers in developing new designs while reducing costs and maintaining high quality standards. He demonstrated this during his tenure in Sales and Engineering roles in prior companies including Mckechnie Vehicle Components, Lacks Enterprises, and Big Rapids Products. Jeff also owned his own business that specialized in industrial part washing and component assembly.

Kelvin Killam
Senior Operations Manager
Kelvin Killam joined the NMC Dynaplas team as Senior Operations Manager in October of 2022. Kelvin comes with many years of injection molding manufacturing leadership experience in automotive and commercial industries and he has held plant and operations leadership roles for more than 30 years. Kelvin is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the operations teams to excellence in performance, focusing on further improving our processes to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction.
Jamie Waduck
Production Manager
Jamie Waduck is Production Manager at NMC Dynaplas located in Toronto, Canada. In his role Jamie oversees Scheduling, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Maintenance departments and is responsible for coordinating and maintaining timely and efficient production of high quality products.
Jamie has worked at Dynaplas since 2002 after joining the company as a graduate from Durham College in Electro-mechanical Technology. His early work at Dynaplas was in the maintenance department with a focus on automation prior to ascending to increasing roles of responsibility.
Annette Langhammer
Director of Advanced Engineering
Annette Langhammer joined NMC Dynaplas, Ltd. in 2004 and has steadily progressed through roles of increasing responsibility and scope from Program Manager to Engineering Manager to her current role as the Director of Advanced Engineering. In her current role Annette focuses on helping customers migrate products from metal to high performing thermoplastic materials which provide the benefits of lightweighting, design flexibility, recyclability, and other performance improvements.
Before joining NMC Dynaplas Annette worked at Magna Exterior Systems, holding several positions in the toolroom, tool estimating, program management, stamping, extrusion, chrome plating, and part development.
Annette Langhammer earned a BA Economics from York University and has an Ontarian Toolmaker Certificate.
Deepan Dhanasekaran
Engineering Manager
Deepan Dhanasekaran has held the Program manager role at NMC Dynaplas since 2017. Deepan has held various roles in the Plastics industry as Molding simulation engineer, Tool Designer, Product Designer, Engineering manager, and Technical Sales Manager over the past 25 years. Deepan has extensive experience in the Automotive industry having worked at Tier 1, Tier 2 and Onsite roles at OEM’s GM and Stellantis. Deepan brings global team management perspective having lived and worked in Asia, Europe, and North America.
Prior to NMC Dynaplas, Deepan worked as Engineering Manager with ABC Technologies at Corporate Validation lab supporting complete DVP&R(PV/DV) testing of Interior/Exterior/HVAC/Air induction/Fluid Management systems for various OEM’s.
Deepan is a certified Project Management professional and Licensed professional engineer with Professional engineers of Ontario. He has graduated in Mechanical engineering from University of Madras and has a post graduate degree in Polymer Engineering from Central Institute of Plastics engineering and Technology (CIPET).
Sam Samaroo
Quality Manager
Sam Samaroo joined the NMC Dynaplas team in 2023 as Quality Manager
Sam has over 20 years of experience in quality management working for several large OEMs and tier 1 suppliers and most recently for Magna Exteriors. Sam has been responsible for leading and developing quality teams, overseeing the implementation and ongoing compliance of ISO9001 and IATF16949 Quality Management Standards, customer performance improvement, supplier quality management & development, and APQP activities for injection molded programs. During his many years of experience Sam has worked closely with numerous automotive OEMs including: Stellantis, FORD, GM, BMW, Daimler, Honda, Nissan, and Toyota. He has a proven track record as a Six Sigma black belt in the continuous improvement of quality and productivity. Sam is a Professional Engineer with a B.A.Sc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Richard Davison
Director of Product Engineering
Richard Davison, Director of Product Engineering, has been employed by NMC Dynaplas within the engineering group for over thirty years. Richard oversees the design group responsible for mold and product design and also oversees internal and external tooling resources, both domestic and foreign.
Prior to NMC Dynaplas, Richard worked as a designer at a subcontract mold provider supplying custom injection, compression, and die cast tooling. Richard has also worked for an explosion proof lighting and electrical cabinetry manufacturer, and an engine block grinder and heavy metal stamping press manufacturer.
Richard studied both mechanical and industrial engineering at Ryerson Polytechnical Institute.
Sam Shafiee
Sr. Program Manager
Sam Shafiee has held the position of Sr. Program Manager at NMC Dynaplas since 2013. Prior to NMC, Sam held the position of corporate Program Manager at Magna Powertrain for over 2 years and prior to that held various positions of increasing scope of responsibility in engineering, operations, and program management for 14 years at ABC Group within the plastics industry servicing the automotive market. Sam was a key member contributing to the startup and growth of Fuel System division of ABC Group to over $200M in sales.
Sam has a Mechanical engineering degree from the University of Toronto. He is also a licensed Professional engineer, and a Program Management Professional. Sam has previously served on the board of directors of Karate Ontario (non-profit) and past committee chairs for “Quest for Gold” and “Ontario Summer Games”.

Cristina Weburg
Materials Manager
Cristina Weburg joined the National Molding Medical team during 2021 as Materials Manager. Cristina brings 20+ years of experience in Supply/Demand and Materials management. Cristina has led and participated in process optimization teams and initiatives that have reduced Past dues, improved On Time Delivery, Productivity, Forecast Accuracy and reduced Inventory levels, all which have increased Customer satisfaction.
Prior to National Molding, Cristina worked for ConMed, a Medical device Company, where she held positions of increased responsibility. She worked with International and domestic Markets assuring product availability, on time delivery, and correct inventory levels.
Prior to ConMed, Cristina worked for Bausch & Lomb, another Medical device Company, and Federal Mogul, an Automotive Company.
Cristina has a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and Master in Applied Computing.
Kevin Arrington
Plant Engineering Manager
Kevin Arrington is the Operations Manager at NMC Medical Products in Largo, FL, where he manages all aspects of the manufacturing processes. Starting at this facility in 1995, Kevin quickly worked his way up the ranks, gaining experience and education along the way.
Kevin manufacturing engineering at St. Petersburg College and Plastics Processing with the likes of Paulson, Routsis and RJG. Kevin received his Master Molders certification from RJG in the early 2000’s while he was the Process Engineer at NMC Medical Products. Kevin also received his certification to teach adult education in Pinellas County, where he spent two years teaching for the Pinellas Technical Education Center.
Mike Curran
Program Manager
Michael Curran has been with National Molding as Program Manager since the acquisition of Ven-Tel Plastics Corporation in 2016. Prior to moving into the Program Manager role, Mike held the title of General Manager for Ven-Tel Plastics for over 12 years, leading the production of high-volume pharmaceutical packaging components.
Mike has been in the plastics industry for over 40 years and began his career at Ethyl Corporation on the manufacturing floor. At Tredegar Molded Products, Mike managed the Purchasing and Planning functions, and at Precise Technology he assumed the role of Plant Manager.
As a part of his responsibilities over the years, Mike has been exposed to frequent training events. This training includes but is not limited to Six Sigma Champion Training, OSHA SHARPS Certification, 5s, Deming 14 points, TQM, ISO Internal Auditor Certification, and numerous industry related learning programs to promote continuous improvement for the molding facility and our customers.
Mike Fischer
General Manager
Mike Fischer is the General Manager for National Molding, LLC (NMC) Medical Manufacturing Division located in Largo, Florida. Mike has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing. Prior to joining the company, Mike spent 17 years leading various manufacturing sites for West Pharmaceutical Services, a manufacturer for drug containment and delivery systems. In his most recent role as Senior Director of Operations, Mike was responsible for scaling up manufacturing and launching new products and services in a strategic manufacturing site in North Carolina. Mike has worked in other leadership capacities within the North American Operations for West including Director, Operations in St. Petersburg, Florida and Operations Manager in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania.
Prior to West, Mike held various engineering roles within Cooper-Standard Automotive, a tier one automotive manufacturing supplier where he was responsible for various engineering functions including within the manufacturing operation.
Mike received his Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University, and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from East Carolina University, and Associate of Applied Science in Electronic and Mechanical Engineering from Wayne College. Mike also received his Blackbelt Certificate in Lean-Six Sigma and is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).
Luis Maldonado
Quality Manager
Luis A. Maldonado is the Quality Manager at National Molding Medical. Luis has more than 35 years of experience in the regulated manufacturing environment, all of them in the Quality Area. Prior to National Molding Medical, Luis worked as a consultant during the last five years supporting Quality Systems implementation, Compliance and Remediation projects with various Medical Devices manufacturing companies such as Oscor, Pan Med, J&J and Bausch & Lomb.
Prior to consulting, Luis led the Quality Department as Quality Systems Manager in Romark Labs. and GeNO, both pharma manufacturing companies; and as a Quality Engineering Manager at Integra, a combination product manufacturer.
Before moving to the US, Luis lead the Quality Department at Medtronic, Baxter and E-Z EM Caribe in Puerto Rico, his home country.
Luis has a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Puerto Rico, Cayey Campus, and obtained his Quality Manager Certification from ASQ.

Jose Martinez
Operations Manager
Jose Martinez is the Operations Manager at National Molding – Miami Lakes facility, where he focuses on optimizing processes and driving efficiency while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Before joining National Molding, Jose made significant contributions to operations management across a range of industries, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech, food science, and cosmetics. His adaptability has been key to his success, allowing him to excel in these diverse sectors effectively. Jose has a strong foundation in lean manufacturing principles and a proven track record of driving cGMP and safety compliance initiatives.
A United States Air Force veteran, Jose has held key operations management roles at Beckman Coulter, Inc., Clinical Diagnostic Solutions, Perrigo, Vital Pharmaceuticals, and Akron Biotech.
Eduardo Funes
Quality Manager
Eduardo Funes is the Quality Manager of National Molding – Miami Lakes facility. Ed began his injection molding career in 2004 at the former NMC New York state facility. In 2009, Ed relocated to the Miami Lakes Plant in Florida. Ed progressed from Quality inspector, Quality technician, Quality Engineer, Sr. Quality to his current position of Quality Manager.
Ed’s primary objective is to ensure NMC Miami Lakes products, systems and processes adhere to set our established standards and requirements. Ed is knowledgeable in all aspects of ISO/ IATF Quality Management systems.
Judy Lenis
Customer Service Director
Judy Lenis is the Customer Service Manager for National Molding – Miami Lakes facility. Judy’s career in the Injection Molding business goes back 35 years, the majority of which has been at this facility in a variety of roles including Account Management, Sales, and since 2001 in the current role. Judy has participated in the evolution of the Miami Lakes facility from producing simple washer and bushing parts to manufacturing extremely tight tolerance precision components for a variety of industries included that are represented in our customer base.
Judy is proud to be part of the National Molding Miami Lakes team and strives every day to provide our customers with impeccable service and communication, which will lead to successful partnerships and happy customers.
Mark Bennett
Plant Manager
Mark Bennett is Plant Manager of National Molding – Miami Lakes facility. Prior to joining National molding, Mark was CEO of Plasman Precision molding. Mark has been involved in the automotive industry for 40 years. He has been involved in injection molding for over twenty years. His experience also includes metal stamping, painting, plating, metal finishing, extrusion, thermoforming, and textiles. Mark has led teams to numerous Quality, Delivery, and Cost awards.
Erickson Rivera
Material Manager
Erickson Rivera is Production Manager of National Molding – Miami Lakes facility. Prior to joining National molding, Erickson was Production Manager at Honeywell telecommunications division. Erickson is responsible for overseeing and managing the production process in various industries, such as Automotive, Telecommunications and Medical Device. Throughout his career Erickson has successfully managed and coordinated production activities with a proven track record of optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
