Training, Internal & External
We strive to continually improve our capabilities and performance and that comes largely from investing in our employees. In our experience, employees who are given opportunities to learn and broaden their skills are happier and more productive.
Training opportunities exist across the spectrum beginning with internal training led by our more experienced personnel to external training where we send individuals or groups of employees to structured programs or bring in external training resources to conduct seminars and classes.
We conduct comprehensive leadership training programs for our managers and aspiring leaders. This program is run by experienced, proven, and caring professionals who conduct one on one coaching and development sessions in addition to the classwork curriculum. We believe that strong leadership is a key to our future success.
National Molding provides reimbursement for pre-approved job-related courses, textbooks (if required), and exam fees (if applicable). All courses must be approved in advance by the department supervisor/manager and Senior Management.

National Molding prefers to fill open employment positions by promoting from within when we have internal candidates who have the commensurate experience and the ability to grow into roles of increasing responsibility or experience different roles and responsibilities within the organization.
